Salted Caramel Energy Bites Recipe
Rather than reaching for boring, processed snacks, why not make your own energizing treat at home? Our salted caramel energy bites recipe is super simple to make and no oven is required. Just pull out your food processor, follow the recipe and you'll have a homemade snack in no time.

Ingredients
- 2 cups Sunsweet® Pitted Dates
- 2⁄3 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 1⁄2 Tbsp tahini
- 2 tsp vanilla paste (or extract)
- Pinch of salt
- 1⁄2 cup sesame seeds
Instructions
Add everything except for sesame seeds to food processor. Blend until you get a sticky dough.
Use a cookie scoop to scoop out the mixture, and roll into balls with your hands.
Add sesame seeds to a bowl or shallow dish, and coat the outside of each ball with the sesame seeds. Allow to set in the fridge. Enjoy!
