Ingredients
- 1 lime, juice and zest
- 2 cups Sunsweet® Pitted Dates
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut shreds
- 1/2 cup carrots, chopped
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until a sticky dough-ball mixture forms. Roll into smaller balls, around 1". Refrigerate to firm up and enjoy!
