Ingredients
- 3/4 cup whole almonds or walnuts
- 1 cup Sunsweet® Pitted Prunes, chopped
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup unsweetened desiccated coconut
Instructions
Roll into 1 tbsp balls. Place coconut in shallow dish. Roll balls in coconut to coat.
Refrigerate for 30 to 45 minutes to set. Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
