Makes about 9 servings
Ingredients
½ cup pureed prunes
¼ cup water (as needed)
⅓ cup tahini
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp sea salt
2 tsp ground cumin
¼ tsp crushed red pepper
Directions
In a high-powered blender or food processor, add prunes, lemon, tahini, and water and blend into a puree.
Add seasoning and blend thoroughly.
Serve chilled with your favorite sides.
