Ingredients
- 1 edible wafer paper for baking (8- x 5-inch rectangle)
- 1/3 cup Sunsweet prunes
- 2 tbsp flaked hazelnuts
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp large flake oats
Instructions
Place one half of wafer paper in serving dish. Spread prune mixture evenly over top; place remaining wafer paper on top. Refrigerate for about 8 hours or until set. Cut into 4 pieces.
