Ingredients

  • 2 cups dry oats
  • 1 cup Sunsweet Amaz!n Prune Juice
  • 1/2 cup low fat plain kefir (or plant-based yogurt)
  • 1 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

 

Toppings

  • 1 tablespoon Sunsweet Amaz!n Diced Prunes
  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

Instructions

Put all ingredients in a storage container. Mix together and let sit overnight for at least 6 hours. Stir before each use.
