Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups plain low-fat yogurt
- 3/4 cup unsweetened apple cider
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie seasoning mix
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats (do not use quick-cooking)
- 2/3 cup diced Sunsweet® Amaz!n™ Diced Prunes
- Chopped walnuts, for garnish
Instructions
Spoon into four 1/2-pint mason jars or 1-cup ramekins. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
Garnish each portion with chopped walnuts just before serving.
