Ingredients
- Dry Ingredients
- 2/3 cup oat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- Wet Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp yogurt
- 2 Tbsp tahini
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- Mix-In
- 8 Sunsweet® Pitted Dates, chopped
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk the dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, whisk the wet ingredients together. Add the wet mixture into the dry and mix to integrate. Fold in dates. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and spray with coconut spray or brush with oil. Add 1/4 cup of batter to the pan (an ice cream scoop is a great way to measure!) and cook 2-3 minutes until bubbling, and then flip. Repeat! Serve with syrup and your favorite toppings!
