Ingredients
- 1/2 lb capellini pasta

Salt & pepper to taste

1/4 cup butter, divided

1 cup tomato sauce

Chilli flakes to taste

1 pkg (7 oz) sliced prosciutto, cut into thin strips

16 Sunsweet Prunes, halved
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile, melt 3 tbsp butter in a large skillet set over medium heat, add the tomato sauce, and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Add the hot pasta to the skillet and stir to combine.
In a separate smaller skillet set over medium-high skillet, heat the remaining 1 tbsp butter and cook the prosciutto and prunes until heated through. Add to pasta, stirring to combine, and serve.
