Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups Sunsweet® Amaz!n™ Prune Juice
  • 1/2 avocado, pitted and peeled and chopped
  • 1 small apple, peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1/4 cup baby spinach
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp finely grated ginger

Instructions

Add prune juice, avocado, apple, spinach, lemon juice, honey and ginger to blender. Puree until smooth.
