Ingredients

8 cups finely shredded green cabbage – Loosely packed

1 onion, finely chopped

2 tsp granulated sugar

1 tsp salt

1/3 cup olive oil, divided

1 cup Sunsweet Amaz!n Prunes, chopped

½ cup light mayonnaise

2 tbsp sweet chili sauce

8 flour tortillas (5 to 6 inches)

3.5 oz (100 g) thinly sliced best-quality pastrami, cut into strips

Directions

In large bowl, combine cabbage, onion, sugar and salt. Knead with hands for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender and has released some juices. Add 1 tbsp oil and prunes; toss to combine

 

In small bowl, stir together mayonnaise and sweet chili sauce.

 

Line baking sheet with paper towels.

 

Roll tortillas into cones, securing with skewers or toothpicks.

 

In medium skillet set over medium heat, heat remaining oil. Two at a time, cook tortillas, turning occasionally, for 4 to 5 minutes or until golden brown all over.

 

Fill cones with cabbage mixture. Top with pastrami and dollop of mayonnaise mixture. Serve immediately.
