1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 cup butter, softened
1 tsp each: vanilla and imitation maple flavored extracts
2 eggs
zest of 2 oranges
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups rolled (old fashioned) oats
1 cup Sunsweet^® Amaz!n™ Diced Prunes
1 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 2 large baking sheets or line with parchment paper. Cream brown sugar and butter together in a large bowl; stir in extracts, eggs and orange zest. Stir together dry ingredients then add to butter mixture. Stir in Amaz!ns™ and pecans. Drop spoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cookies are set in the center.
