Ingredients
- 1 stick (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 Tbsp Sunsweet® Dried Cherries, chopped
- 4-5 Sunsweet® Pitted Dates, chopped (~3 Tbsp)
- ¼ cup green onions
- ½ cup finely chopped walnuts
- For Serving
- crackers, vegetable dippers like carrots and celery, apples, etc.
Instructions
Mix together cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Fold in dried fruit and green onions.
Add the cheese mixture to plastic wrap and mold into a ball. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
Before serving, roll in chopped walnuts to coat!
