Delicious Cheese Stuffed Dates with Almonds recipe from Sunsweet® Growers
24 Sunsweet® Pitted Dates 1/2 cup soft goat cheese 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives or basil 24 whole almonds

Cut slit lengthwise into each Sunsweet Pitted Date. Stir together goat cheese and chives; transfer to resealable bag. Snip off corner; pipe about 1 tsp of cheese mixture into each date. (Or spoon 1 tsp of cheese mixture into each date).

Press an almond into center of each stuffed date; pinch dates closed. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 day.
