Ingredients
- 1 edible wafer paper for baking (8- x 5-inch rectangle)
- 1/3 cup Sunsweet prunes
- 2 tbsp flaked hazelnuts
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp large flake oats
Instructions
Cut wafer paper in half. In food processor, blend prunes, hazelnuts, lemon zest and juice until combined. Stir in oats.
Place one half of wafer paper in serving dish. Spread prune mixture evenly over top; place remaining wafer paper on top. Refrigerate for about 8 hours or until set. Cut into 4 pieces.
