Brown ground turkey in a skillet over medium-high heat. Stir regularly and allow the meat to cook through completely. Once cooked, drain any excess grease. Add soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and chili sauce to cooked meat. Stir until combined. Add Amaz!ns™ and stir. Allow the turkey and prune mixture to simmer for 5 minutes over low heat. While the mixture simmers, prepare your wraps. Cut the bottom of a head of red cabbage off and peel the leaves. It's okay if they come off in pieces - the leaves are quite big and you only need about half a leaf for each wrap. Just before you're ready to plate, season the turkey mixture with ground pepper to taste. Once ready, spoon the mixture into the red cabbage leaves. Top with shredded carrots and chopped scallions.
