1/4 cup Sunsweet® SupraFiber®
1 cup hummus
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup cucumbers, chopped
1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup sliced and pitted black olives
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tbsp fresh parsley
2 whole wheat pita breads (7-inch), toasted and cut into 6 wedges
Add SupraFiber®, hummus and 1/2 cup of the yogurt to food processor or blender; pulse until smooth. Spread into bottom of shallow bowl. Spoon remaining yogurt over top. Sprinkel cucumbers and tomatoes over yogurt. Garnish with olives, feta and parsley. Serve with pita toasts.
Serve with gluten-free crackers if desired.
