1/2 cup Sunsweet Whole Pitted Dates
1/4 cup Sunsweet Jumbo Red Raisins
1/2 cup Sunsweet Pitted Prunes, halved
1/2 cup Kosher red wine
1/2 cup Sunsweet Dried Apricots
1/2 apple, cored, peeled and chopped
1/3 cup peeled orange sections
1/2 cup chopped almonds, toasted
Combine dates, raisins, prunes and wine in a medium bowl. Cover with plastic wrap, and let stand at room temperature 8 hours or overnight.
Place wine mixture in a food processor. Add dried apricots, apple, orange, and almonds. Process until desired consistency. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
Yield: 1-1/2 cups
