Super Seed Prune Granola

2 tbsp honey

2 tsp olive oil

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup Sunsweet® Plum Amazins™

1/4 cup chia seeds

1/4 cup no-shell pumpkin seeds (green pepitas)

1/4 cup sunflower seeds


In skillet over low-medium heat, warm honey, oil and cinnamon for 1 minute until honey is melted. Stir in oats, Sunsweet Plum Amazins, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds until well coated. Toast mixture for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden. Let cool for 5 minutes. Store in air-tight container for up to 5 days. Courtesy of Dawn Jackson Blatner, Registered Dietitian.
