1 1/2 cups plain low-fat yogurt
3/4 cup unsweetened apple cider
3 Tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie seasoning mix
1 1/2 cups rolled oats (do not use quick-cooking)
2/3 cup diced Sunsweet® Amaz!n™ Diced Prunes
Chopped walnuts, for garnish
In a medium bowl, whisk the yogurt, cider, maple syrup, and spice mix until smooth. Stir in the oats and diced prunes until uniform throughout.
Spoon into four 1/2-pint mason jars or 1-cup ramekins. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
Garnish each portion with chopped walnuts just before serving.
