Go Bananas Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 cup plain or vanilla low fat yogurt
1/2 cup Sunsweet Prune Juice
1/4 cup egg substitute or 2 Tbsp protein powder
1 tsp honey
3 ice cubes
1 medioum banana, peeled
Instructions:
In blender container, combine bannna, prune juice, yogurt, protein powder and honey.Cover and blend until smooth.Add ice cubes; cover and blend just untill ice is chopped.
